St. Michael’s Kitchen Krew @ Trivia Night
The Kitchen Krew competed in the Poland Middle School Trivia Night on March 21, 2026. The theme for their table entry was “Be Our Guest” – and although they didn’t win a prize for their extensive knowledge or elegant table decor, they had lots of fun! They shared the elaborate Beauty and the Beast decorated sugar cookies, and the pirohi themed filled cookies designed and baked by Regina – so all were aware of the goodies produced by St. Michael’s Kitchen. At least they have their themed aprons to remember the day – and inspire them to plan for next year!

Monthly Halushki Sales
Our monthly haluski sales on the second Friday of every month continue:

Haluski are $10 per quart. Preorders text or call Regina at 330-720-2100. Preorders guaranteed, day of drive-ins until sold out.
Simply follow the drive through path indicated by the orange cones! Your pre-orders will be bagged and waiting for pickup. If you are passing through hoping to pick up haluski without a pre-order, simply give the kitchen crew member your order and it will be filled onsite.

Don’t be afraid to stock up – freeze your halushki. When you are ready to enjoy them, let them defrost naturally in your refrigerator before you re-heat them. You might want to add a little butter.
Election Day Food Sale
Once again, we will be offering food Election Day, May 5, 2026. The menu will be announced shortly.
We are asking parishioners to donate HOMEMADE baked goods for sale on election day. Brownies, cakes to slice and portion, cookies – all are welcome. Drop off on either Monday, May 4, or Tuesday, May 5 – use the kitchen door. Times TBA.
We also need helpers to work on Election Day, May 5, 2026 starting at 6 a.m. until the polls close. Please consider volunteering for several hours during the day. Sign-ups will be in the Narthex.
Breaded Chicken Dinner
The final dinner before our summer break will be on Sunday, May 17, 2026 from noon until 2 p.m., eat in or take out. It will feature a juicy breaded chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, bread and butter, and dessert. All of that yummy goodness for only $15!
We will also need help to make this dinner, which benefits St. Michael’s parish, a success. Please sign up in the the Narthex for ways in which you could help. Spread the word!

If there is a graduation in your future, think ahead! Our custom catering can supply a pan of ethnic goodies for your buffet table. Remember, two weeks notice is required!
