ECF Launches a New Year
Our ECF year has begun and during the second week of class, the younger students learned how to properly make the sign of the cross. They also learned how the apple is like the Trinity. God is like the skin of the apple; He protects us. Jesus is like the flesh of the apple; He is the Word made flesh. The Holy Spirit is like the seeds inside the apple; The Holy Spirit helps us grow. They ended their class with apple bowling and hide and seek apple!
A Very Merry Christmas Market
Christmas Markets have enjoyed a rich history, starting in Germany in the 12th Century. Tourists still flock to the traditional sites in Vienna and Munich by the thousands. Now St. Michael’s has it’s own Christmas Market – and it’s sure to be a wonderful family and community celebration. Shop for yourself – or let the little ones shop for you at their own Christmas market – complete with gift wrap!
Enjoy our ethnic foods with a Heavenly Hunky Platter available both days. Bring the whole family! No need to cook all weekend!
